You can place an order online by using our website www.koelpk.com. You can select the desired article, size, color, and click ADD TO Cart. After selecting the article, go to next step, enter your personal information and contact details, select mode of payment, and place your order.

For Local deliveries it takes around 3-5 working Days. For International deliveries, it will depend on courier company service you will choose.

Free delivery all across Pakistan, whereas for international orders the charges depend upon the delivery service chosen.

Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep by a courier company. Our official Cash on Delivery (COD) courier companies are TCS, LEOPARD, POSTEX, and TRAX. Upon delivery, you will need to sign it as proof of receipt. If you are unavailable, the courier company will make three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, the order will be returned to the Koel Head Office.

If our courier fails to deliver to you the order, the parcel will be returned to us. Our customer services will contact you regarding your undelivered order, and hence further a delivery will be made as per customer's response. In case of no feedback, the order would be canceled.

You have 15 days to return the goods for exchange by sending the Parcel to our Head Office. For further details please refer to our Returns and refund Policy.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following week.

Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer Order Number. With the help of this number, you can track your order.
